Nothing On Burned Disc

Did a vid today, burned it, progress lines went to 100 percent both of them, burner did not activate, nothing on the disc?  What's up

You asked the same question almost a year ago  (  http://forums.support.roxio.com/index.php?...mp;#entry130637 ), and you never did answer us back, to tell us how you fixed it.

   Haven't used Roxio for a year, burner works great with the program that came with my Enviro Hard Drive camera.  Do you have a solution?
