I am having trouble loading Backup MyPC on 2 colleague's computers running XP professional.  The drive is recognized fine in My Computer after I reset to Z drive, but when I click on Setup in the PMD folder there is no OK button to click on to complete the install.

Roxio says to completely uninstall, but the software does not show up in the software list in Add/Remove Software, nor does it exist in the Sonic folder in the Registry.
