Is it possible with Roxio and specifically Creator 10 to speed up video clips. e.g People walking across a bridge - increase there movement by say three times speed!

Yes, in VideoWave, bring in your video, and click on the Timeline button. It is probably best to split out that section that you want to speed up, double click on that section, in Timeline, and set the speed box to whatever you want. You will have to play around with it to get the desired speed.
