The copy disc function in my Creator 9 stopped working, and I received an error message indicating "There was a problem writing to the disc..." I contacted technical support and they sent me a .zip file containing a PX Engine Update (http://images.roxio....e3_00_58a.zip). There were no instructions on exactly where to install the PX Engine Update, i.e. the general "Roxio" file folder, or one of the sub-folders (i.e. Creator Classic 9, Disc Copier 9, or an alternative). Does anyone have an idea exactly where I should install this .zip file? Thank you.

Unzip the file, then double click on the .exe file, and that's all there is to it. It goes to the right place automatically.
Life is good!

It's probably a 'downdate' rather than an update for you since all the Version 9 software comes with a higher version of the PX Engine, but if you run that executable file from anywhere as Bruce said, it will re-write the engine and that should get you going again.
