Hi,

I recently bought Toast 9 + HD / BD plugin. When I startup Toast 9 for the first time and enter a product key, I get the message "License is HD enabled". After that, I cannot continue ("Continue"-button is greyed). Does somebody have a solution for me? Thanks in advance

Is this on the Toast installation or the HD plugin installation?  It sounds like this is on the HD plugin installation and that it has already been installed.  You can find out by trying to use the Blu-ray format in Toast.

John,

I accidently installed the HD plugin first.. now I try to install Toast. When I startup Toast and fill in the license details, I get the message "License is HD enabled". After that I can't continue with the installation...

Thanks in advance!

Oh, I see.  Try this, just use spotlight to search your system for Toast and Roxio and delete anything that is found (with the exceptions of documents that may discuss breakfast).  Then once everything is removed, try installing Toast and then the plugin and see what you get.
