You can try doing it in PhotoSuite. Your results may vary.

If you have a Roxio product you can try using Photosuite but it is not a full service image editor. You might try something like Irfanview (free)
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
