I've been trying to burn a Blu-Ray for months. I've talked to almost every person in the Tech Department at Roxio, and we still can't burn a Blu-Ray. I was told that "it just won't work on some systems and that they're working on it and will soon have it fixed." I'm wondering what a reasonable ETA is for the fix?

It really is getting a bit ridiculous.

We have encountered a couple setbacks in development.  We'll get it out as soon as it's ready.  Sorry I cant be more specific.
