Hello,
I am editing my HD footage in Apples' Final Cut Express and what to know what would be the best output for burning to HD DVD with Toast. How can I export the video so that it retains the most resolution and doesn't have to be re-encoded?
Thanks.

If you shot in a XDCAM timeline then output QT as XDCam;
this codec is good

Thanks Mark,
The original footage was shot in AVCHD with one of those new flash media based consumer cameras. It gets decompressed to Apple Intermediate Codec for editing. So I'm looking for the best output from that so that it doesn't have to be re-encoded.
