The upgrade section say that upgrading to Creator 9 from Creator 8 is ONLY good for disk-installed or OEM versions of C8. huh????????
I bought my creator 8 from Roxio; a download version. I can't upgrade? What's the deal?

Upgrading (as opposed to updating) is a complete new program - there was never any 'upgrade' for any Roxio suite - you had to buy the next one
Something on the lines of buying Windows 98 from 95, 2K from 98, XP from 2K and so on
