Microsoft Visual C ++ Runtime Library

Please Help!!!
I have Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 1.
My Roxio Easy Media Creator suite 9 was working properly unill a few days ago.
Every time I try to use this program, I am getting a message:
Microsoft Visual C ++ Runtime Library  
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\\Program Files\Roxio\Ro...
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way...


I have tried to reinstalled the program but for some reason that program do not aloud me to do that.

Please help!

You'll need to do a cean install..

.. and turn off your registry cleaner or set it to ignore Roxio registry items.

Clean uninstall/install here.

Ijar, you could have given him that link; don't do a half-a job.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

He didn't do it.  Perhaps the moderator didn't know what "ff" stood for and thought it was something bad.

None of us are compensated so you can't use that as an excuse.

Thank you all for  your help, unfortunately after following all your instructions, and reinstalling the software I still have a same problem, nothing has changed, I am almost ready to gave up. Any other ideas.? I do appreciate your help.

Was your install originally from a download or a disc?  If from a download, have you considered trying to download it again in case your first download was corrupt?

I was installing from the disc, but so far no luck., keep getting same error...
