I am not sure if I am in the right forum but I ma pretty frustrated. angry.gif
When I attempted to purchase by download, I received the following error message at the end of the purchase process:
"We are unable to process your order. Please verify your information and try again."
ALL my information is valid. To be sure I tried 2 different credit cards and 2 different email addresses.
I attempted to purchase by download several times (12-14 times). I give up now, because I would have needed the product today and I am NOT able to download it because of the error message above.
Anybody any ideas?

P.S. Needless to say I re-entered my information several times to make sure there was no mistake on my part.

Maybe try a different browser and be sure to clean your cache?  Also, double check those e-mail accounts; maybe it went through despite the error message.  I think EMC 9 has a free trial download available, maybe here?  Maybe you could try that for tonight?  Unfortunately, it looks like a call to customer service is unavailable until tomm. morning, here.  I hope it works out for you.
