I have used MyDvd since forever. I have never had a problem using this product until I registered the program which was pre-installed when I bought a new laptop. As soon as I try to burn my dvd project, a 'This is not a valid MPEG file' and a '20400'error keeps popping up. I have never had this problem before and Sonic or even Roxio does not seem to know either as I have tried to contact them, but I have not heard anything back from them. Can anyone, please help?
Error 20400

What is your Operating System?
If WinXP, did you download, or allow auto-updates to download, IE 7 and/or WinPlayer 11? And if WinXP, do you have SP3?

you might have a codec conflicts. If you install any codec packs, you can try to uninstall it and see if it helps.
