My system asked for a reinstall of Roxio, but for some reason did not finish the installation. Then it asked me to cancel the install, which I did, but now it's stuck in a perpetual canceling mode and won't finish, even if I crash the system. It also won't let me reinstall Roxio, 'cause it is still trying to cancel the uninstall.  Also won't allow a Windows Utility uninsatll for the same reason.

Any suggestions?
