I purchased Dell which had Creator DE (9) which will not allow me to take a .wav file done in audacity and divided into individual 5 min tracks. Wiil Creator 10 allow me to do this? I searched Roxio help and found how to split an audio file in Easy Media Creator but my version does not have the Sound Edition under Applications does 10? Can any one help me? I need to make sermon CD's but need to be able to split into tracks.
Nero will do this but since I already have Roxio Creator DE on computer thought I would just upgrade this if it will do same thing.

Sound Editor will allow you to split tracks as you wish.  You might want to download and try the trial version of EMC 9 to try it to see if Sound Editor is what you want.  You will need to buy the full version of EMC 10 to get Sound Editor.  Record Now Music Lab Premier says it will split audio files but it is not clear how so I'm not recommending it unless you can get more information.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
