Me again. could this, "38c: Roxio DVDit ProHD.exc - Unable to Locate Component. this application has failed to start because sonicmpgvout.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"....Could this be the reason my simulation window has vanished and causes the program to crash. Gary...

Gary,

I would uninstall and reboot, then try to re-install to see if the .dll gets loaded.

I used to get that error message if I clicked on the project file to start DVDitPro HD running.
If I clicked on DVDitPro HD (the exe file), I did NOT get the error.

So, I am guessing your problem has nothing to do with "that error message"

Tom, no such luck, still locks the program up, coment, When I go to "simulate" mode it doesn't go to that screen but does play the audio. Program still is locked up at this point and must re-boot.....Gary

Hi Tom (2) I tried that, and I get a message stating that that file already exists "do you want to replace it" , I did, and no diff. I'm wondering why re-installling won't fix it, any thoughts. Thanks very much...Gary

Perhaps time for a clean install (link in post no. 2)?
