I tried to install Roxio Media Creator 9 Suite but got a message that CinePlayer DVD Decoder was detected on my computer. I was directed to unstall CinePlayer DVD Decoder before continuing the installation of Roxio Media Creator 9 Suite. Is there any way to get around this? I need CinePlayer DVD Decoder to play my DVDs.

Thank you.

Are you trying to install a Bought Retail Version of Roxio EMC 9 Suite, with a OEM came with the pc version of Roxio installed? If so, I would uninstall the OEM following # 10 or 11 in my signature depending on your operating system. Then install the 'Bought Retail Version of Roxio EMC 9 Suite'
that includes CinePlayer.

Thanks for your response, cdanteek.

My copy of EasyMedia Creator Suite 9 did not come with my computrer. I purchased the suite from Staples at a later date. Should I just use Add and Remove to delete CinePlayer DVD Decoder from my computer?
