To add to what Jim said.

The screen you posted is what happens when you install IE 7.

To uninstall IE 7 and roll back to IE  6 read this: http://forums.support.roxio.com/index.php?showtopic=23162

Also, change your automatic updates so that it will show you updates before downloading and installing or Windows will reinstall it.

Problem is you can't uninstall IE 7 if you have the SP3 update.

Actually - we all know that and will say it - however, if you check the dates on this thread, they all pre-date the release of SP3

Problem is not all users know that and its important to let everyone know don't you think?

So now there is no solution to fixing Roxio 7.5 after an sp3 update with IE 7 installed. How about getting some updated info on these forums?  Maybe I missed the thread that tells everyone that IE 7 will no longer uninstall.
If I did point me in the right direction.

It's covered in more recent threads (and more than one) - it's a very bad idea to tack stuff on to an outdated thread anyway

The SP3/IE7 problem - that's all down to MS actually - they made fundamental changes to the XP kernel with the backports from Vista

Microsoft has a solution for that, but it requires uninstalling SP 3
