Ripping Cd’s With Convert Cd’s Program

The Convert CD’s application recognizes the CD in the drive. How do I get it to go and get the CD information, Artist, Song titles ect. It comes up unknown album.

First, are you using a bought Roxio EMC version 9 Suite? Or some version that came pre-installed on your pc?

I suspect your starting at the Home Screen, Audio, Convert CD's? Have you tried the options, audio, conversion tab, Add Artist and Album to Path?

Another thing is are the discs you're trying to rip the actual commercial discs or discs that you've made previously?If that's the case you'll probably never get a match.
