I just started using CREATOR PREMIER BLURAY and I love it. But I've run into one snag.
It copies the movie to the HD then it asks for the blank DVD. I insert the blank. Then it pops up a window asking me to verify the blank media is the correct format and then hit OK. But everytime I do this it just ejects the disc and asks for verification again.
I am absolutely 100% positive I have the correct media. My drive will take anything.
Some DVDs copy without a hitch and others get this message.
I THINK it's because the movies are larger then the blank media. And that's where I'm confused because I had heard that it could compress the movies to fit on a standard 4.7 disc. Almost every dvd copy program does. Surely roxio is not the exception?
Can someone enlighten me?
Thanks so much.

Never heard of such a product???
Maybe you could click on Help About and tell us what the Build Number is?
If you are using Disc Copy, it does just that, copies from one disc to another and the media must be the same.
To make conversions you would want to use Video Copy and Convert.

It's an entire suite that came with my system. It does just about everything. It's a ROXIO/SONIC application but no one seems to know anything about it.

If it "came with the system" then it is an OEM [Original Equipment Mfgr] Version. When a company buys the rights to use an OEM Version, they usually customize it (often removing some capabilities, occasionally adding something from a newer Version), so they are the only ones who really know what is in it - and they also accept the responsibility to suppor it.
I'd suggest you contact your OEM for support.
