Run Time Error

hi again, well all seemed to be going well (ish) until now.
building a project and inserting chapter markers into movie by dragging the marker along time line. when i get a run time error R6025 pure virtual function call.
done a search and appears to be no solution, or have i missed it...
full error report is

program...am files (x86)\roxio\dvdit pro hd\roxio\dvdit pro hd.exe r6025

love the program but this is getting frustrating...cheers ohmy.gif

update....it now just crashed..ie stopped working. having to save after every new chapter marker

yes i have read it, so a clean install of vista, let me see what was the last software i installed.....oh yes..DVDITPRO...so the prob lies with it..not anything else.
I use my computer for work and do not have time to clean install because roxio cant sort their software out.
