Creator 10 Downloaded, but does not work.

I have downloaded the Easy Creator 10, but it will not launch. Icons are present, but when you click on them, nothing happens

Did you run Norton One Button Checkup, McAfee, or a registry cleaner? Those kill EMC 9 and EMC 10.

Did you have Windows Defender or an antivirus software running, when you installed EMC 10? If so, reinstall it, with those turned off.
