I have had Backon Track running on a Compaq Presario 1340 and have used it on one occasion to recover to a previously created snapshot.  Today I attempted to create a new snapshot - all appeared to be progressing well when the computer rebooted before the snapshot was complete.  On reboot the initial boot options are displayed, there is no option to use F7 to restore to a snapshot and the boot fails to display the windows initial screen.. I am left with a "black screen".  Does any one know of a way to recover from this situation without recourse to a reformat and reload of all software and data?
