Burn Iso how do I burn an iso image?

I have an image of a linux disto that I would like to burn. I wish to turn it into a cd that will boot on a pc. I have tried several times to do this but each time the cd won't boot. How do I do this?

It should work by choosing the Image File setting in the Copy window.
