Recordnow Music Lab 10 no graphics

I have installed recordnow music lab 10 and everything seems to have installed properly. When i go to open the application a screen appears with three text boxes but no words or graphics. It looks as if on the left side a picture should show, but only shows an "x" and "Roxio" in that area. Any suggestions?
