Will there be any problem with Toast 9 if I install DivX Pro 6.7 after Toast 9.0.2 has installed its version of DivX software?

Also, assuming if Toast 9.0.3 or later is installed in the future with still the same old version of DivX that Toast 9 bundles with, will it override my DivX Pro 6.7 installation?

I think I remember reading somewhere in this forum that the version of DivX used by Toast is internal, or "embedded".  I assume that whatever version Toast includes, it does not interfere with a version of DivX independently installed, and accessed via the System Preferences.  Perhaps someone at Roxio could confirm this?
