I know there is no Drag to Disk in Version 10. Is it possible to run one of the older versions of D2D when running Version 10. I noticed that it was listed as a separate program in the Control Panel Add remove software when I uninstaller Version 9 Deluxe Suite. Also will my Dazzel work in Version 10?

You should be able to run a previous version of D2D with no problem.
The only way to find out if your Dazzle works in EMC 10 is to try it. If it worked for you in EMC 9, it should work in 10.
