Have had the software for some time.  All of a sudden, when I try to finalize/close a burned DVD or CD so I can use them on our DVD player, it will run for about two seconds and then a box comes up saying failed to close and it ejects the DVE/CD.  It does it when using either the drag to feature or the home (tools) feature.  Anybody have any ideas?  Try not to be too complicated as I am not very computer savvy.  thanks in advance for any help.

Yeah.  You're using the wrong program to make a disc that is playable in a DVD player.  Packet writing software produces the wrong format to make a playable DVD.

Use VideoWave to create your production, then MyDVD to burn it.
