This came with my Dell computer and I have had problems off and on. I have a disk and have removed and reinstalled it twice. Any help to update and get this program to work would be greatly appreachated. Thanks

ThanksIE7 and WMP11 are known to cause problems with V8, roll them back to IE6 and WMP 9,( how too is here http://forums.support.roxio.com/index.php?showtopic=23162 ) and see if that helps you.
Any updates for you OEM version would come from Dell, it is their software.
