I've edited videos and uploaded them to youtube. I now want to do other things with them - mail them to people, convert them to other formats etc, and I can't get to the edited files. What is this new bzprj extenstion? Is this compatible with anything else, or are my edited files permanently locked into Roxio Buzz? If so, how can I share them with people who don't have Buzz on their computer?
Can I save my output videos from Buzz in any other format? If as I now suspect, Buzz is a totally exclusive bit of software that produces output videos that can't be read by anything else then I really wish I'd never bought it.

2. Under Files and Editing, uncheck "Delete temporary video files after upload is complete"
3. Look for the folder where the temp converted files are located.
I don't think Buzz will help you convert the file into many different formats. Below is some help information.

Thanks for that firenhancer. It looks like Buzz is very limited in its scope - makes me wonder what the point is if all it does is create a new file type then upload to YT. Adobe Quick Time Pro has many more features and can easily be set to optimise for YT.

I can't log a support ticket as BUZZ is not in the drop-down list of products.
Also, when I try to register the product, the version number stated in the drop-down list is 10 whereas I purchased BUZZ version 2
How can I get support please? You will see from my other post that the problem is that YouTube has disappeared from my list of "share" services.

Thanks - but that has exactly the same problem - the drop-down list of products you get to, does not include BUZZ.
Its as though Roxio have sold the product then completely forgotten all about it!
