I need to submit a short film. The instructions say it must be in the following format:
Video Disk (Video_TS folder).
Will a finished/viewable movie burned onto a dvd meet this requirement or are they telling me to somehow burn the raw data file onto the disk?
Thanks to any/all that can help... I'm very confused.
Viedo_ts Folder - What Is It?

The Video_TS folder contains the DVD compliant files. If you burn directly to disc, from MyDVD, that folder will be on the DVD.

You cannot just make a VIDEO_TS folder and stuff files in it!!!
You must use DVD Authoring software as gpb indicated or it will never work.
MyDVD will burn a compliant DVD Movie or it can "burn" the Folder Set to your HD and you can copy the folder if all you need to do is transfer it. – again the folder on a DVD is not the same thing as a compliant DVD Movie!
