In the past I've participated in many threads that highlighted the general lack of quality in EMC10 and lack of customer support in leaving EMC 9 w/o any useful upgrade path.  At this point I think it's also worth mentioning that EMC 9 (and possibly emc 10 if you can ever get it running) beats nero hands down in terms of usability.  Granted neither shines but out of five I would easily score Nero at 2 (maybe 1.5) and emc at 2.5.

Just felt like sharing.

Not sure just what programs you are using the most in EMC 10, but on a scale of 1 to 10, I rate EMC10 at => 8. No comment on Nero !!
