How do you get image to fill the frame on menu?? I have 5 frames, each with motion video but the frame is not completely fill--there are black bars on the sides
of the video--not a disaster, but would look more professional if video filled the framwe

what version are you using?  you should be able to drag the edges of a frame and size it so that video fills the whole frame.  might change the shape of of your frame from square to rectangular or round to oblong but should do the trick.
