I'm coming from a mac background, but I now have Windows running in boot camp. What audio applications are you using to make multi-channel Wavs?

Adobe Audition should be able to.

Or if you are looking for a high end product, something like Sonar should help.

Nero 8 has many features to do what you desire....

Try NeroSoundTrax and Nero Wave Editor....
