So where do we get this new version of DVDit ProHD and why are we never notified that it is available?

I sent a PM to Scott, but he hasn't responded.  This is kind of frustrating.  Why do they feel the need to "hide" and update from users.
I did PAY for my software.  It seems ludicrous to hide an update when other software makers post an "update" section to insure everyone is using the latest product.
I also used the online form to contact Roxio TWICE and have received NO RESPONSE!  Grrrr!

hey mate,
donīt be frustrated, just open your eyes! if you have followed some threads in this board, then you would know that there is a new version!

you could see it here as well: http://www.roxio.com/enu/products/dvdit/hd/overview.html

and there is an update-option as well!!

banders100 - And what is the curent version you are using? IMO Roxio lists all the updates available to public here. If it has not been listed, there is an obvious reason. At times, latest and the greatest may not be necessaily needed. Consider Vista SP1 as an eg. smile.gif

Danny - I believe banders100 is referring to "free" update and not upgrade.

I agree that there should have been some sort of email or notice for us old timers  smile.gif

But just be patient, I'm sure Scott will get back with you...

Sounds like one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing...   rolleyes.gif

Actually, they have never posted an update on the website, it's been usually Scott that gives everybody the update.
