I have a PC with Vista, never had XP on it. :-)

I get the same thing every time I run Media Manager. It's not very descriptive, and seems to come from Vista, not Media Manager. Contrary to the advice in the window, no help or information is forthcoming.

This pops up right after the Roxio Media Manager 9 window draws itself and before I can even click anything. I'm using Blackberry Desktop Manager 4.5.0.15 and the Media Manager 9 that came with it. I've checked for updates and this is the newest package available.

Any real help would be great. Suggestions? Roxio?

The OP, in the 15 month old thread that you posted in, had the full version of EMC 9.

Click on the Search button, above, then type in Blackberry, and you will get a ton of hits on the software that came with it.  Make sure that you click on All Forums.
