Backup Mypc Launch Error sbewin32 error message

When I try to launch BackUp MyPC I receive the error "Error 1 Starting Data Management Kernel" This is in the popup box under sbewin32. Any suggestions on how to solve the problem. By the way, I did uninstall EMC7.5 from "Add Remove" in Windows XP.
