I have a Blu Ray drive in my Dell XPS1530 laptop, a Matshita drive.

Creator 9 posts a "No drive detected." but Windows file explorer sees the drive just fine and it's quite functional.

Roxio support not EPS000399 says to remove upper nd lower control set filters after uninstalling Creator. Since I can see the drive from Windows but not from Creator, this doens't seem to be teh right fix.

Any ideas what's up? Thanks,

dan

The topic title should have started with "Cannot" vs. "Can" Sorry.

The model of the Blu-Ray drive? Sure: Matshita BD-RE UA-225S ATA.

Try this and see if that helps. I suppose you are using OEM version i.e. EMC 9 DE.
