I had Roxio Buzz (1) installed and it was working. However, I decided to update to version 2. Unfortunately I deleted the setup file for version 1 and now I am having a major problem.

When attempting to start Buzz, the splash screen loads and shortly CPU utilization goes to 50% (I have dual cores). The offending file is not Buzz.exe but rather VCGProxyFileManager9.exe which is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Roxio\VideoCore 9\.

I also have Roxio Easy Media Creator 9 installed. This computer is an AMD x64 dual core with 4GB RAM. The O/S is Windows Vista x64 Ultimate.

Any ideas?
