WMP will play mpg2 files; why do you need the WMV format? Also is there a special reason that you want to use that player?

It will only save it on my computer as DMss or something like that file. I made a slideshow and don't have a dvd burner. Only way for me to play it is WMP and it won't let me.

That worked, but I put on song on it...now there is no sound.
