Hi, new to forum.
My company gets all its Roxio licenses from Dell - they come with any optical burner purchase. Dell informed me that our license allows for free upgrades to v.9 DE. What they cannot tell me is whether the license allows us to upgrade from 9 to 10 at no charge or if the free upgrades are just point releases for 9.0.
Any advice appreciated!
Best Regards

Work with Dell, or contact Roxio, directly. This is a users forum, and we aren't Roxio.

You should also check if the version you are getting ar the full retail versions or the OEM versions which usually have many of the features disabled or crippled.
