Hello

When I press the help option in MyDVD Tools>Options it doesn't show me anything, it works on other screens.

I made the necesary changes in my antivirus program to allow pop-ups. Just in case. :)

Can you view the help screen in any other part of EMC?  Do you have an internet security or firewall program turned on?

I don't know why the help does not work only on 1 application but you should try it with your internet security turned off as well as your firewall just to test it.  I use Zone Alarm and have no problems.  Other than that, I don't have an idea why this happens.

I can confirm that I have the same: clicking help button on the options page of MyDVD does nothing. Main Help menu work fine (opens MyDVD help center). In Videowave clicking the help button on the Tools/options window in opens Videowave help center, as expected.

PS searching the MyDVD help center for 'render hardware', gives one page, 'application settings, Videowave', which gives help on the hardware/software render and graphics test part of the MyDVD options page (this setting is common to MyDVD and Videowave Tools/options). That is also the help page that opens when clicking on help button in Videowave/Tools/Options window.

Well, even with my glasses on I misread.  I was trying the actual Help screen and not the Options/Help.  I also have no activiity when trying to view help in this screen only.  Sorry for the error.

It ought to link to the page in the help files explaining the render options (which is in the Videowave help center, but can be accessesd from the MyDVD help center as stated in my previous post)

It's probably a bug that wasn't caught...too many people can't get it to work.
