Hi,
I have a 45 min demo video in a DVD and QuickTime format but when i convert it to .wmv (wmv 9-240x320 or 480x640), and play it on my 15" digital frame, it's either blurry, voice is not clear, or it doesn't fit the screen entirely. What's the best format to convert the video in? Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Theree was an old term for it GIGO. If the input is low quality, you can'r encode it to be better.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
