When I try to convert a .mov to .wmv, the output is a 6 KB file that doesn't play anything. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing numerous times and tried playing with the settings. Nothing works. My sister has the same program and the conversions work fine on her system. Any ideas?

where did the move file you used come from? a digital camera? downloaded online?

1. As gaper1 pointed out, what kind of video clip and what is the source?
2. Can you provide the audio/video spec of the file.
3. Are you able to conver the video file in question on your sister's computer?
