Can someone help please? This is driving me mad! I am attempting to convert movies for my iPod but, when working in the video compilation window, the only options offered to me are to burn to DVD or save to file. It appears not to see my iPod. I am working with Vista and my PC exceeds the required options. When i start the application i get a notification that a required component is missing, please reinstall. Done that - no change. Thinking that this is a Vista issue, i have loaded the software on to my other PC running XP. Although older, it still exceeds the min requirements. Same problem. I guess someone out there has a solution for me? Thanks.
