Hi all,

My Roxio keeps freezing up my puter when I attempt to open it, which forces me to shut it down and reboot <have to press button on my tower to shut it down>.. I tried to look up my problem but I see fixes for Windows XP.. I am running Windows Vista Home Premium, Intel Core 2Duo CPU E6550 @ 2.33 GHz

I tried to goto Roxio for support <clicked on there link> but I keep getting Internet Explore cannot display the webpage..

Can someone help me out plz <plz try to explain to me in idiot form lol I am just user not a pro at puters> or give me a direct link to Roxio support.. This problem is frustrating me big time..

I like the program a lot but man, I cant seem to get a hold of Roxio for help..
