I started with the full menu of transitions. Completed the project during the review and in the playback discovered that many of my selected transitions with 3D and page turns are ignored. What should I do to resolve the issue??

Buy a better video card or update the drivers for the card. What do you have?
In Video Wave go to the top menus select tools, options and run the rendering test. If it defaults to software, you need to do the above suggestions. If you force it to hardware, you'll get what you got.
Post yuor video card/chip information as reply.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
