Not much info given here. What did you use to make your slide show? If VideoWave, output it to whatever format that your digital displayer will use.

Once again, do you own one of the Roxio programs? Do you have a pc or MAC?
I'm taking a guess at what you are asking to do.
Most of those picture frame units have a built in slide show options with choice of transitions. Just bring the images to your computer, do the editing and burn it back to the card. If you have one of the EMC versions or EV 2009. the image editing program is PhotoSuite.
If your frame takes videos, read the information that came with your frame to determine what format the frame will play. mov, mpg, avi are typical choices. Use Video Wave to make your project and when you are done, use the "Output" icon above the preview window to output your production to one of the formats. Use Media Manager to sync with the card or just use Windows to copy the video file to the card. Note that none of the Roxio pc programs will make a mov file.

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

I think you need to read the manual that came with the digital display. You may have to use software that they recommend.
If the digital display just uses the photos from your ScanDisk, you can edit the photos in PhotoSuite and save the pictures back to the ScanDisk.
However, I'd suggest that when you're done editing, you do a File/Save As and give the edited photo a new name. That's a safer method than overwriting the original photo with the edited photo. Once you do a File\Save, you can't get the original photo back.
You just need to make certain that you save the edited photos to the ScanDisk to put in your digital display. As cheap as those ScanDisks are now, you might want to have a second one for the edited photos.
