I inherited a computer that has both Roxio 7 and 8 installed. Version 8 seems to be active and working. When I right click on the start menu I get a message that version 7 certificate is not found. I tried to uninstall version 7 but can't b/c there is no certificate. Any suggestions? How do I disconnect the relationship between Roxio and the start menu?

Thanks

Use the Microsoft Cleanup Utility to get rid of the Roxio 7 files. You can get it, here:
