Hi all
Please somebody get me in contact with someone who can help me. I purchased DVDit Pro on the 4th September 2008 and tried to download it, before it was downloaded my connection was broken so I tried again, all I get now is a message that I have downloaded the program too many times and I must contact DIGITAL RIVER CUSTOMER SERVICES,I did contact them, and I am still waiting for a reply from them. Roxio customer services keeps on giving me the exact same answer over and over which is very frustrating. Roxio customer services say I can download for 30 days or contact Digital river on a phone number (the problem is I am From South Africa and the Number makes no sence + the costs of international phone calls are expensive)
PLEASE can someone help

Just got an E Mail from Sonic Online Store and they have reset my download link, Problem Solved.

AS to download ProHD, am having the same problem, stopped dld 60%, now they tell me I dld too many times, I guess trying to RESUME" is considered a hit. 1st #800 was disconnected. Only way to talk to a LIVE person was to press 1 for BUY something. Was told there was a problem w dld. Said she would RESET. HA.........then talked to TECH who also said he would RESET. SO they close at 6 pm Eastern? Or do they? Am still waiting, for RESET.
Started yesterday, wil see what happens tomorrow. Maybe they will make me wait a month or two.
