Hi.
I am not a computer tech. I am trying to understand which is better easy media creator 10 or 9. I am putting a family album for my family overseas. I have few days off to my self. I though easy Creator 10 is the latest. Now i see 9. I am extremely happy with 10 but now my curiosity has peaked in finding out which is better......

The latest version is Creator 2009
EMC 9 is older than EMC 10.
I doubt that Creator 2009 will be any better than EMC 10 for what you are trying to do. If EMC 10 works and you are happy with it, I would not change horse in mid-stream.

EMC 9 is an older program; what you are seeing is Media Creator 2009 (aka EMC 11). It is the latest and greatest. If you are or plan to do any high def work (e.g. AVCHD) then 2009 is what you want.
For what you want to do in the next couple of days, stay with EMC 10 it is what you want for now..

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
